After all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, i’m trying to get back on track here in my itsy bitsy home studio. i’ve missed doing my weekly entries and following people on every online social network.
i love our tree, but look at mom’s perfect christmas tree… she just makes it perfectly every time, every year!
Christmas has always been my favorite holiday, and yet this year has been quite different. my dad was hospitalized on Christmas day and he had to spend the rest of the week through the new year trying to get his strength back.
but that didn’t stop us from welcoming the new year with him at the hospital, complete with banners, balloons, party hats and food! see? dad was really happy :)
although dad is back home, he is not at his best condition yet. but I believe that with all the thoughtful prayers of friends and family, he will soon be back in his best shape.
